Modernous was contacted by the new owners of this well-preserved mid-century ranch. While a lot of the cool original features were intact, so was an outdated kitchen, bathrooms and other finishes that the owners wanted to update. Modernous worked with them in phases, helping them replace flooring, furniture and finally designing an entirely new kitchen, that was a fit for this home’s new era.
As parents of a blended family (teens and a young toddler) they needed durable, comfortable but also stylish and mid-century! They wanted a music room where family could gather and listen to vinyl, and a dining room where they could all eat comfortably without worrying about stains. Modernous worked to give them all of the functionality they wanted in one beautiful, atomic package!
