QUEEN ANNE Exterior DESIGN

As the final phase of this total renovation, Modernous worked with the homeowner to design the hardscape and layout for this yard. The homeowner wanted a hot tub in an area off to the side of the front door, so it was important to ensure that space had privacy, and that the approach to the house still kept a certain amount of gravitas. In addition to residing the entire house, we created a privacy screen that serves two purposes. We also added a built in sofa and ensured that it flowed nicely to the house and yard. We also created a lovely, private seating area right outside of the primary suite.
